Resilience:  The Power to Bounce Back

By Dr Lloyd Glauberman

This is the first in the HPP Plus Series. Generates a deeply relaxed state that is ideal for absorption of messages and suggestions which are subtly embedded in the stories.

Each CD combines Hypno-Peripheral Processing (HPP TM), a multiple storytelliing technology that stimulates the unconscious with Hypno-Meditation (TM), a relaxation technique that allows the conscious mind to effortlessly focus on information. Together, these two processes generate change on multiple levels leading to increased competency in the essential components of RESILIENCE. This new technique provides the conscious mind with the information it needs to compliment the emotional and behavioral changes spontaneously generated by the program. In combination, they synergistically generate shifts on the conscious and unconscious levels.

This is a 4 CD set.

CD1: Creating the Map
CD2: Controlling Negavite Emotions
CD3: Taking Responsible Risks
CD4: Managing Your Life
